IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate is a thoughtful, fast-moving designer who can balance strong creative taste with practical execution.
They bring ideas, explore options, and enjoy iterating. They care deeply about brand, storytelling, detail, and visual quality, but they are also comfortable working in a startup environment where priorities change and speed matters.
They are curious about AI and know how to use emerging tools to improve creative exploration, speed, and output without relying on them as a substitute for strong design judgment.
