What is the difference between Base and Pro?
Flex has no monthly fee and includes one free Job Pack unlock. Additional one-time Job Pack unlocks cost $5.99 for 5, $9.99 for 10, or $15.99 for 20, plus applicable taxes. Base is $19.99 per month and opens every eligible role without spending a Job Pack. Pro is $29.99 per month and adds the Job Curator plus enhanced resume and cover-letter support.

LAYIQ can draft application writing support from your profile and role context. You should still review, edit, and make the final version sound like you.

How do I get help if something breaks?
Use the Support page. If you are signed in, send a support request from your workspace so the request includes your account context automatically.

How do I choose a plan?
Select Let's Go! on the Plans page, sign in or create an account, then choose Flex, Base, or Pro. Eligible new Base subscribers may receive one 30-day card-backed trial; Pro is charged at checkout. Monthly plans renew until canceled, cancellation stops future renewals, and paid access normally continues through the current billing period. Monthly payments and Job Pack purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
