Employer job description
From CSN Collision's posting. “We” and “our” refer to the employer.
Universal Motorcars is hiring an experienced Tesla Automotive Technician / Mechanic in Las Vegas.
We’re looking for a technician with real hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing Tesla vehicles. This is not an entry-level EV position — we need someone who is comfortable troubleshooting problems, identifying the actual cause, and completing repairs correctly.
Our Tesla mechanical work includes A/C and climate systems, suspension, control arms, steering, alignment, cooling systems, electrical diagnostics and other mechanical repairs on Model 3, Model Y, Model S, Model X and Cybertruck.
Universal Motorcars is an established Las Vegas collision and automotive repair company, and we are continuing to expand our Tesla mechanical service department. We’re looking for someone who wants steady work, professional equipment and an opportunity to become an important part of that growth.

What We’re Looking For
- Professional hands-on experience repairing Tesla vehicles strongly preferred

- Own basic technician tools
- Tesla certification is not required. Proven Tesla repair experience, diagnostic ability and quality of work are more important to us.

- Steady repair workload
- Growing Tesla mechanical repair department
- Opportunity to work extensively on Tesla vehicles
- Professional shop environment and diagnostic equipment
- Established automotive repair and collision company

- Work with an experienced automotive team
- Las Vegas-based position — no mobile or field repairs
