Requirements
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of collision repair experience
Key Responsibilities
- Tear down and reassemble vehicles without damaging components
- Straighten steel and aluminum panels
- Perform clean, proper welding and weld dressing
- Follow OEM repair procedures
- Use panel bonding adhesives and sounddeadening materials
- Bonus: Experience with custom fiberglass or specialty bodywork
- Tools You Should Have
- Full personal hand tool setup
- Body hammers, dollies, shaping tools
- Welding PPE
- Basic power tools
- Any specialty tools you rely on for precision or custom work
