What You'll Do

• As a CNC Machinist, you will: Set up and operate CNC machining equipment to produce complex precision components.
• Interpret blueprints, setup documentation, and CNC program information to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Select, install, and adjust tooling and machine offsets for optimal performance.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust as needed to maintain efficiency and precision.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, verniers, depth gauges, and scales.
• Perform secondary machining and finishing operations, including drilling and deburring.
• Collaborate with experienced machinists, supervisors, and team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment while following all safety and quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of two years of machining experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and firsthand experience.
• The ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, setup sheets, and CNC program documentation.
• Knowledge of machining practices, manufacturing principles, and shop mathematics.
• Experience using precision measuring and inspection equipment.
• Understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, and CNC machining terminology.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing quality work.

This role is performed in a manufacturing machine shop environment and requires standing for extended periods, handling materials and tooling, and working around machining equipment.
