Senior Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, APAC to lead marketing across the region. You'll develop the regional strategy and deliver campaigns, events, and partner programmes that generate demand and qualified pipeline. You'll balance regional priorities with global campaigns and resources.

This role suits someone who enjoys bringing people together, whether hosting an industry event, working with a technology partner, or helping Sales turn interest into opportunities.

You'll report to the VP of Demand Generation and work closely with teams across Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Brand, Customer Success, and Marketing Operations. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and sound commercial judgement.

What you'll do

• Own the APAC marketing strategy and targets.
• Develop and execute a regional plan that builds Yotpo's presence and generates qualified pipeline across key APAC markets. Prioritise activity based on business goals, market opportunities, and performance.
• Work closely with Sales to drive pipeline.
• Understand regional commercial priorities, connect marketing activity to pipeline goals, and ensure timely follow-up on marketing-generated opportunities. Use funnel data and Sales feedback to improve campaigns.
• Run integrated demand-generation campaigns.
• Work with global teams to connect digital campaigns, content, events, partner programmes, and Sales activity to generate demand and qualified pipeline. Develop regional messaging and adapt global campaigns for local audiences.
• Plan and deliver regional events.
• Lead Yotpo-hosted events, executive dinners, roundtables, customer gatherings, trade shows, and industry conferences. Own the concept, audience strategy, promotion, delivery, and follow-up. Set clear goals for each event and measure its contribution to relationships and pipeline.
• Build partner marketing programmes.
• Work with technology partners, agencies, platforms, and ecosystem leaders on joint campaigns, co-hosted events, content, and webinars. Develop programmes that reach new audiences and generate shared pipeline.
• Develop customer stories.
• Work with Customer Success and Sales to identify customer advocates and develop case studies, speaking opportunities, webinars, and content that demonstrate customer results.
• Manage campaigns end to end.
• Own planning, execution, follow-up, and analysis. Coordinate regional and global stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality work on time with measurable results.
• Track and improve performance.
• Measure registrations, attendance, engagement, marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), opportunities, pipeline, average contract value (ACV), and return on investment (ROI). Use the results to improve programmes and decide where to invest next.
• Know your market.
• Understand Yotpo's products, customers, competitors, buyer personas, partners, and regional market dynamics. Use that knowledge to identify opportunities and sharpen our positioning.

What you'll bring

• 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, technology, or ecommerce.
• Experience building and executing regional, field, or demand-generation strategies.
• A strong track record of delivering successful events, from intimate executive experiences to larger industry conferences.
• Experience developing co-marketing programmes with strategic partners, agencies, platforms, or technology providers.
• A solid understanding of B2B sales funnels, integrated campaigns, content marketing, and account-based marketing.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience, including email creation, audience segmentation, automation, and campaign management.
• Strong project management skills and experience managing competing priorities independently and across global teams.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and the broader marketing technology ecosystem.
• Confidence using performance data to evaluate programmes, communicate impact, and make investment decisions.
• Willingness to travel across APAC for events and partner activities.
• Current authorisation to work in Australia.
