The App Store Marketing Team is seeking an experienced partner marketer to join our new developer partner marketing function. This role will drive growth by collaborating closely with app and game developers on consumer-facing co-marketing roadmaps that drive shared success.

Description

As a Manager of WW App Store Partner Marketing, you will be responsible for building relationships with our developers, championing their marketing goals internally, and leading the charge in crafting new co-marketing strategies and tactical plans to deliver value.

Responsibilities

• Engage daily with app/game developers to understand their marketing goals—and their upcoming roadmaps—identifying opportunities to collaborate and drive shared success.
• Lead development of annual co-marketing strategies and plans that enhance customer engagement and drive business results for each developer.
• Ensure alignment between partner marketing initiatives and the broader marketing team’s goals, defining and tracking KPIs to measure success.
• Work closely with fellow marketers internally to champion developer needs across all App Store marketing campaigns and channels
• Influence and collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Editorial, Business Management, Analytics, and our International marketing teams.
• Apply marketing measurement frameworks to assess program effectiveness and optimization based on insights through continuous testing, learning, and iteration.
• Present program results and business impact to senior leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience, including a minimum of 3 years focused on partnerships and/or co-marketing.
• Deep knowledge of the mobile app/game ecosystem, including monetization strategies and subscription models.
• Demonstrated experience building co-marketing plans with partners and managing relationship-driven programs.
• Proven experience driving annual marketing strategies, plans, and/or programs that led to increased user growth for a consumer-facing service, app or game.
• Strong ability to influence and align stakeholders; thrives working on highly collaborative projects, effective at building consensus, fostering trust, handling decisions with ease while navigating ambiguity.
• Experience operating globally, adapting plans to account for regional nuances in partnership with international teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Experience measuring marketing programs and optimizing based on data-driven insights.
• Strong analytical skills with experience defining and tracking KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to translate marketing goals into actionable and impactful strategies and plans.
• Comfortable building from scratch—establishing first-ever strategies, processes, GTM plans, and measurement frameworks.
• Understanding of the mobile payments ecosystem and its impact on app marketing strategies.
• Experience working on events/conference/convention activations
• Proven ability to use marketing technology, tools, automation and AI to streamline operations to help increase efficiency and output.
• Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $119,700 and $225,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
