Access Systems is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support our sales team. In this role, you'll earn up to $21/hour while helping keep our sales process moving by preparing contracts, reviewing documentation, and coordinating with leasing partners.

We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing accurate work.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and process sales contracts and documentation for our IT and copier sales teams
• Enter, review, and verify information to ensure contracts are accurate and complete
• Work with leasing partners to request rates, confirm terms, and obtain approvals
• Communicate with sales representatives and leasing providers to answer questions and resolve discrepancies
• Track outstanding documentation and follow up to keep contracts moving through the process
• Maintain organized records and follow established procedures
