Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
- Perform system inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while building long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and uphold Berkeys' quality standards.
Qualifications
- ✅ What You'll Bring
- EPA Universal Certification
- (Required)
- Active Texas TDLR Registration
- (Required)
- Minimum
- 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Service Titan experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a minimum of 5 years of driving history
