Role Overview:

Ndustrial is seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Sales to lead and grow our sales organization. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and position Ndustrial as the market leader in energy optimization for industrial facilities.

You will work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market efforts and ensure an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and a proven sales leader with experience selling SaaS, IoT, energy, or industrial technology solutions into cold chain environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team across various territories and customer segments.
• Drive customer acquisition and expansion by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and go-to-market initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, industry partners, and stakeholders.
• Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to continuously improve results.
• Represent Ndustrial at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand presence.
• Develop sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and present updates to executive leadership.
• Champion a customer-centric sales culture aligned with Ndustrial’s values.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in SaaS, energy management, or industrial technology sectors.
• Proven experience selling into cold chain customers and a strong understanding of the cold chain market and its operational challenges.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex B2B environments.
• Strong expertise in building, mentoring, and managing scalable sales teams.
• Excellent strategic planning, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
• Familiarity with the industrial energy landscape and sustainability initiatives is highly desirable.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with agility and resilience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
