Why Socure?
Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy — verifying 100% of good identities in real time and stopping fraud before it starts. The mission is big, the problems are complex, and the impact is felt by businesses, governments, and millions of people every day.
We hire people who want that level of responsibility. People who move fast, think critically, act like owners, and care deeply about solving customer problems with precision. If you want predictability or narrow scope, this won’t be your place. If you want to help build the future of identity with a team that holds a high bar for itself — keep reading.
Role overview
Socure is redefining digital identity. Our products help organizations establish trust, prevent fraud, manage risk, and make better decisions across digital journeys.
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help make Socure’s products clear, trustworthy, and fast. Depending on business priorities, you may work on RiskOS workflows, agentic experiences, self-serve onboarding, Document Verification, customer and developer experiences, or new product opportunities. You will work on problems that span complex enterprise workflows, AI-assisted decisioning, customer onboarding, and the systems that help customers move from evaluation to successful operation.
This is a hands-on product design role for someone who can move confidently from research and problem framing through exploration, prototyping, testing, detailed execution, and launch. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, solution consultants, customer-facing teams, and design leadership to reduce the time and effort required to understand, adopt, integrate, and operate Socure products.
The right candidate does not need to be an expert in identity or fraud on day one. They need strong product judgment, systems thinking, curiosity about technical systems, and the ability to turn complex, ambiguous problems into simple, clear solutions without oversimplifying the decisions that matter.

Full-time
Immediate
Reduce the time it takes for a new customer to understand the right solution and reach a meaningful first test.
Make Socure products easier to understand, evaluate, configure, integrate, and operate across enterprise, self-serve, and agentic experiences.
Increase confidence in Socure’s risk decisions by making system behavior, status, requirements, and next steps clear.
Reduce avoidable implementation and support effort through better flows, reusable patterns, and clearer documentation.
Help product and engineering teams make better decisions earlier through research, prototypes, and explicit design rationale.
Increase design throughput without lowering the quality, accessibility, consistency, or trustworthiness of the experience.
We use Figma as our primary design tool and actively incorporate AI-assisted workflows into how we research, explore, prototype, document, and review product experiences. We are interested in candidates who are curious and practical about these tools—not candidates who use AI as a substitute for design thinking.
Nice to have
Experience with developer tools, APIs, SDKs, webhooks, hosted UI components, or technical documentation.
Experience designing sandbox, test-mode, simulation, staging, environment-management, or operational workflows.
Experience with pricing, billing, usage metering, credits, entitlements, or plan comparisons.
Experience in fintech, identity, fraud, compliance, crypto, marketplaces, infrastructure, or other trust-sensitive domains.
Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or front-end implementation.
Experience designing AI-assisted workflows, agentic products, conversational interfaces, or systems with probabilistic outputs.
Experience working with accessibility standards, content design, or responsible AI and trust patterns.
You’ll join a collaborative product design team working closely with product, engineering, research, growth, solution consulting, customer success, and other customer-facing teams. The team values strong craft, direct communication, thoughtful research, rapid learning, and close partnership through implementation.
This role has meaningful ownership from day one. You will be expected to lead the design work for defined product areas, influence decisions through evidence and clear reasoning, and raise the quality of the work around you through collaboration and critique. You will have support from design leadership and senior partners while remaining accountable for moving your work forward.
Portfolio requirement
A portfolio is required.
Please show one or two substantial product-design projects that demonstrate how you:
Understood the users and business context.
Framed the problem and defined success.
Used research, data, or testing to guide decisions.
Explored alternatives and made tradeoffs.
Designed the complete experience, including important states and edge cases.
Worked with engineering through implementation.
Measured or assessed the outcome and learned from it.
We care about the quality of the thinking and the shipped result—not only polished screens.
Socure is the leading AI identity verification and fraud prevention platform, trusted by over 3,000 customers including top financial institutions, fintechs, and government agencies.
Socure’s products bring together identity intelligence, fraud prevention, document verification, compliance checks, and AI-native decisioning to help organizations establish trust and manage risk. Our teams are building the next generation of experiences across RiskOS, self-serve products, agentic workflows, Document Verification, and other products that make trusted digital interactions possible.
