About the role
We're hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to run the interview process for a team hiring silicon, hardware, and software engineers in Mountain View. You'll own scheduling, onsite logistics, and Greenhouse accuracy, so candidates get a fast, organized process and hiring managers get feedback on time. You'll work directly with our recruiters and hiring managers on our hardest technical searches, including campus recruiting. It's an entry point into technical recruiting with real ownership from day one.
What you'll do
- Schedule phone screens, panels, and onsite interviews across multiple time zones
- Own onsite logistics end to end; agendas, interviewer confirmations, meals, travel, and candidate communications
- Send interviewers their guides ahead of time, and chase scorecards afterward so debriefs aren't blocked
- Keep Greenhouse accurate: clean pipelines and correct stages
- Support campus recruiting — career fairs, info sessions, and intern pipeline logistics
What we're looking for
- 1-2 years in recruiting coordination, or a fast-paced operations role
- Exceptional organization: you can hold twenty open threads without dropping one
- Strong written communication — your outreach needs to sound like a person, not a template
- Genuine attention to detail, especially with data. You notice when something doesn't reconcile
- Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities in a company that's still building its process
- Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certifications.
California pay range
$70,000 — $80,000 USD

Final offers depend on level, location, and skills relevant to the role. Additional compensation: equity grant per company guidelines; medical / dental / vision; 401(k); standard PTO.
