About the Position
As an HVAC Installer at Dave Jones, you will be a crucial part of our team, responsible for the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will help ensure our clients receive top-notch service and reliable equipment to keep their environments comfortable. - Build from the plan. Read blueprints (pre-drawn or field-laid) and translate them into accurate, efficient layouts.
- Cut with confidence. Core and cut openings while protecting structural integrity and jobsite safety.
- Stay two steps ahead. Keep materials and truck stock organized; communicate needs to prevent return trips.
- Lead when needed. Step up to manage tasks and crews to keep timelines on track; help train apprentices and fellow installers.
- Live our safety culture. Model and uphold the DJ Safety Culture so every teammate and partner goes home safe.
- Four 10-hour days, with overtime as needed; year-round work to keep your skills sharp and pay steady.
