What We Offer

Competitive Pay:

$18.00–$20.00/hour, paid weekly.

Flexible Hours:

Choose from available shorter cases or longer 4–12 hour shifts, including weekday, weekend, and overnight opportunities.

Health Benefits:

Full-time field employees averaging 30+ hours per week over three months are eligible for group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage.

Part-time field employees working under 30 hours per week are eligible for Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

Job Responsibilities

As a BAYADA caregiver, you will provide compassionate, high-quality care to clients in their homes and help them safely maintain their independence. Responsibilities may include:

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):

Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral feeding.

Mobility Support:

Assisting with ambulation and transfers.

Health Monitoring:

Checking vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration, and assisting with range-of-motion exercises.

Home Management:

Light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, bed-making, and related tasks.

Medication Assistance:

Assisting clients with their daily medications.

Individualized Support:

Providing structured support based on the client's needs.

Behavioral Support:

Assisting with behavioral management strategies when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of one year of professional work experience in a healthcare setting.
• Education: Certificate showing completion of at least 75 hours of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training.
• Licensing: Current, active CNA license in good standing with the state board.
• Availability: Flexible availability for available weekday, weekend, or overnight cases.
