Senior Technical Program Manager, CT Product – Amazon Leo

Amazon Leo is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve people and organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity.

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to own and drive the program lifecycle for our satellite customer terminal product portfolio. In this role, you will manage large, complex cross-functional technology initiatives from concept through delivery and continued innovation.

You might start your day assessing hardware, software, and supply chain risks across the customer terminal portfolio, then transition into a cross-functional alignment session with engineering, finance, and business development on the quarterly hardware roadmap. Later, you could be presenting launch readiness status to senior leaders or driving the technical execution plan for new product features through the PFR process alongside PMT teams.

You'll synthesize inputs from ASIC, antenna, embedded software, and manufacturing teams into a roadmap narrative for leadership.

This role requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution — you will define program strategy while also rolling up your sleeves to drive delivery across multiple teams within a VP organization.
