🔥 3-DAY WEEKENDS. EVERY. SINGLE. WEEK. — Fabrication Technician, $23.50/hr

Monday–Thursday Only • 4:00 PM–2:30 AM • Full-Time • Direct Hire • Fulton, MS

Here's the math: work 4 days, get 3 off. Every week. No rotating schedule, no "maybe next month" — just a permanent 3-day weekend, guaranteed, for showing up and doing skilled work you're already good at. Ferguson Enterprises in Fulton, MS just rolled out a brand-new 4-day workweek for Fabrication Technicians, and we're hiring now. If you're tired of grinding through 5 days for a weekend that's barely 48 hours long, this is your move.

Why This Schedule Is a Game-Changer

Four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, and then your time is yours — Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, every single week. More time with family. More time to recover. More time to actually live your life instead of just recovering from your job. Same solid pay, way more life back.

What You'll Be Doing

• You'll put real, hands-on skill to work — cutting, threading, beveling, grooving, and welding specialized pipe materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, thermoplastic, and PVC.
• Cut, thread, bevel, groove, and weld specialized pipe materials
• Set up machines precisely and verify measurements to tight tolerances
• Read blueprints, sketches, and work instructions with confidence
• Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and mechanical lifting equipment safely
• Perform daily equipment inspections and troubleshoot before small issues become big ones
• Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
• Use RF devices to locate, move, and stage material efficiently
• You're Probably Already Qualified
• Hands-on machine operation experience — pipe cutting or threading is a big plus
• Forklift or MHE experience, and you're comfortable running it
• Welding or pipe end finishing experience? Even better
• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or military background highly respected
• Most importantly: you show up, pay attention, and take ownership
