Our Fayetteville – Village Drive clinic includes five therapists holding doctoral degrees in physical therapy, plus Astym-certified providers on staff. You'll treat a genuinely broad outpatient caseload — orthopedics, manual therapy, dry needling, vestibular rehabilitation, post-COVID recovery, and workplace injury rehab.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive outpatient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
• Treat orthopedic conditions, workplace injuries, and vestibular caseloads using dry needling and Astym
• Track progress using objective outcome measures and adjust care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with a team of doctoral-trained clinicians across multiple specialties

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT), or eligible for NC licensure
• Experience or interest in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
• Experienced clinicians' backgrounds are particularly valuable here — prior leadership, mentorship, or specialty-caseload experience is a strong plus
• CPR and First Aid Certification required

About

Compensation: $85K - $100K/YR + inclusive of productivity incentives, up to a $10K sign on bonus, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
