Employer job description
From Shameless Foods's posting. “We” and “our” refer to the employer.
Location: On-site in Santa Ana, CA
Compensation: $55,000 – $72,000
About Us
Shameless Snacks makes low-sugar gummy candy that tastes like the real thing. Every bag has 3g of sugar, is packed with fiber, and is vegan and gluten-free. Our sour and fruit gummies are sold on Amazon, DTC, TikTok, and at major retailers across the country.
We're not a startup hoping something works. We've taken better-for-you candy from an idea to retail shelves nationwide and built a brand that consumers love. We move with the speed of a startup: small teams with real ownership and accountability.
The Role
You'll help take new Shameless products from idea to shelf: new flavors, formats and packaging. You'll keep every project organized and moving, working with our CEO, design team, manufacturing partners, and marketing and retail teams. If you're the person who makes sure things actually get done, this role is for you.
What You'll Own
Product research: Spot new flavor, format and packaging opportunities by studying trends, competitors and what customers are buying.
Development pipeline: Track every project from concept to launch-ready. That means managing samples and taste tests, and keeping timelines and project boards accurate.
Packaging and launch readiness: Work with design and our partners to bring packaging to life, from concepts and labels to final approvals.
Team communication: Keep manufacturers, designers and internal teams aligned. Share a clear weekly update with leadership on progress, blockers and decisions needed.
