What You’ll Do

• Build meaningful connections Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and industry peers through proactive outreach, networking, and exceptional project delivery.
• Lead with purpose and energy Inspire high-performing teams, maintain momentum across projects, and navigate challenges with confidence and clarity.
• Drive business and project success Oversee project performance—including budgets, timelines, and resources—ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery.
• Be the face of our brand Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, helping expand our visibility and reputation.
• Develop and empower talent Lead, coach, and mentor team members while fostering a collaborative, positive, and growth-oriented environment.
• Expand our client base Partner with business development and program leaders to identify, pursue, and win new opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
• Deliver technical excellence Provide expertise and oversight on complex environmental projects, including:
• · Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)
• · Soil, vapor, and groundwater investigations
• · Remedial action planning and implementation
• · Proposal development, cost estimating, and reporting

What You Bring

• · Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or a related field
• · Professional licensure (PG or PE) preferred
• · 10+ years of environmental consulting experience
• · Proven success in client-facing roles and team leadership
• · Strong knowledge of environmental regulations across industrial, energy, agricultural, or commercial sectors
• · A natural ability to connect with people and build trust quickly
• · Strategic thinker with a passion for growing business and developing others
• · Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• · Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
