We verify new and existing merchants, making sure the right businesses can access our products quickly and compliantly. This role is essential to keeping our process running smoothly — without it, merchants wait longer and our market risks falling behind. What you'll do:

• Review and process verification cases for new and existing merchants, ensuring their onboarding is completed accurately and on time
• Meet daily case targets while maintaining a high standard of quality
• Work closely with senior agents and quality assurance colleagues to learn the ropes and handle cases with growing confidence
• Navigate internal tools and databases to gather and validate merchant information
• Flag any unusual patterns or issues to the relevant team leads
• You'll be great for this role if…
• Fluency in both English and Dutch, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Experience in a KYC, compliance, or customer support environment is a plus, though not essential.
• Comfortable working with databases and digital tools, with solid general computer literacy.
• A genuine enthusiasm for learning new processes and adapting to a structured, target-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to reviewing information.
