As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you'll play a key role in driving new business growth by acquiring net-new customers for Gong Foundations. You will own and manage the full sales cycle, with 100% focus on outbound prospecting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source and manage a pipeline of net-new prospects through proactive outbound prospecting, from lead to close.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects.
- Build strong relationships with net-new logos to drive them through the sales cycle to close.
- Run and implement pilot programs.
- Maintain weekly sales forecast and achieve new business quota quarterly.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Located in the Lehi area within a commutable distance to our office, with the ability to work our hybrid schedule of 3 days/week in-office.
- 2+ years of relevant new business/net-new logo closing experience, in addition to outbound SDR/BDR experience.
- Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience, with clear examples of closing net-new deals $50k-$250K.
- Previous experience selling a platform solution.
- Demonstrated success in achieving new business sales goals (President's Club, Rep of the Year, etc).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience selling to sales leaders is a plus.
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
- A strong team player but still a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

- The annual OTE for this position is $160,000
- Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
