The Paralegal will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in all aspects of litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about the legal profession.
Essential Functions:
Assist attorneys with all phases of the litigation process.
Familiar with Court Deadlines.
Calendar
Manage and organize case files, including electronic documents, and physical evidence.
Coordinate discovery, including drafting, and responding to discovery requests, and organizing document production.
Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and communicating with clients and opposing counsel.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years personal injury paralegal experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with legal technology and software, including document management systems, and litigation support tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, staff, and clients.
