- Baptist Health Floyd, 3AC Medical Inpatient Innovation Unit
- Full-time (36 Hours Weekly), Days (7am-7pm)
- Every 4th Weekend Requirement
- Benefit Eligible

Job Duties:
In this role, the RN/LPN will be responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse will function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers.
About the Unit:
The Innovation Unit, also known as 3AC, is a 44-bed medical-surgical unit that pilots' new ideas for the hospital. Nurses will care for a wide range of medical diagnosis and conditions. The Innovation Unit serves as a wonderful opportunity for new graduate LPN and RNs to start nursing careers and is complimented by seasoned nurses who share their expertise.
Position/Opportunity Highlights:
- Self-Scheduling
- Every 3rd weekend rotation for NA’s and every 4th weekend requirement for nurses
- Work 1 summer and 1 winter holiday ONLY
Qualifications:
- Current Indiana or compact state RN or LPN license
- BLS for Healthcare Provider required
