About This Position You will work onsite at a warehouse. You will report to the Director of Packaging. Your work will involve activities with operating and supporting the operation of the packaging equipment. The position is responsible for the quality, accuracy, and working safely while producing the products produced and being in compliance with GMP's, OSHA, FDA and HACCP guidelines. The position would require giving feedback to management throughout the day concerning production goals and quality issues.

Essential Functions/Main Responsibilities Know and understand the operation of the packaging equipment per training to operate the packaging equipment. Meet daily quality and production goals. Know safety procedures for each of the production lines to avoid any injuries by yourself or others. Work with team members to keep equipment running to meet production and quality goals. Monitor quality of products being produced and report any issues to management.

Keep machines in safe running condition and communicate with team members to work safely. Monitor stock and communicate product needs to warehouse department. Train employees as directed in operation of packaging equipment and packaging of products. Sanitation responsibilities could require work in non-climate-controlled environment for periods of time. Employees may work with varying temperatures and can perform assigned task responsibilities safely under these conditions. Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

What You'll Need High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be at least 18 years old. Minimum of 3 months related work experience.
