Patient Transport Driver | Part-Time

Responsibilities Sierra Vista Hospital is seeking a Patient Transport/Driver for the Outpatient Department. The Sierra Vista Hospital location, a 171-bed psychiatric care facility located in south Sacramento, is a full-service mental health facility and a center of support for patients and their families. Since 1986, we have offered our clinical expertise to those suffering from emotional, behavioral and addiction problems.

POSITION SUMMARY This position provides transportation of patients to and from the facility providing continuous observation, interaction, and role modeling to the patients while maintaining safety at all times. This position includes clerical support as needed. Qualifications Education: High school graduate, or equivalent. Additional Requirements: Must be 21 years or older and have a good driving record as obtained from the Department of Motor Vehicles.
