ARSIEM is currently looking for a Network-Savvy CNO Developer

. This position will support one of our government clients in Fort Meade

, MD.

Responsibilities: Work as SAS member for the Network Device team to support development of new and existing capabilities.

• Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years of experience with C development and reverse engineering
• 3 years of cybersecurity/CNO-specific development
• Experience with CNO Development on Network Devices

Candidates should have one of more of the following:

• In-depth understanding of network protocols
• Experience with network device appliances (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Experience working in a Real Time Operating System environment
• B.S. degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or something extremely similar) with C development and Reverse Engineering within a CNO environment.
• MS degree may substitute for 2 years of experience; a PhD may substitute for 4 years of experience.
• Clearance Requirement
• : This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.

The bonus for this position is $10,000,  and the referrer is eligible to receive the sum for any applicant we are able to place within 12 months of referral.
