Customer Success Manager

About Circadia Health

Circadia Health is a growth-stage healthcare AI company on a mission to prevent avoidable hospitalizations and transform senior-care operations. Our Circadia Intelligence Platform combines:

• Contactless sensing that monitors respiration and motion with medical-grade accuracy
• Native predictive models that detect 85% of preventable adverse events several days in advance
• Enterprise integrations that operationalize predictions directly inside EHR, care-coordination, billing, and compliance workflows

Today, our technology touches 40,000+ post-acute patients daily across skilled-nursing, home-health, and home-care networks. We are backed by leading healthcare and AI investors and headquartered in El Segundo, CA.

About the Role: We're looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager who thinks strategically and builds lasting partnerships.

This is not a traditional account management role. You'll embed yourself in the operations of our most complex healthcare partners, diagnose workflow challenges, design adoption strategies, and drive measurable outcomes—all while building trusted relationships with executive leadership that make Circadia indispensable.

If you've spent your career partnering with healthcare organizations, navigating complex institutional environments, and translating data into executive-level insights, this role was built for you.

What You'll Do: Strategic Partnership Management

• Act as a trusted advisor to key leadership teams across multisite healthcare clients. Understand each partner's strategic objectives deeply enough to align Circadia's capabilities to their long-term goals—not just their immediate needs.
• Implementation & Workflow Design
• Lead seamless onboarding and implementation engagements, adapting our technology to each client's operational realities. Apply a consultative lens to identify friction points and design solutions that stick.
• Executive Level Engagement
• Navigate confidently at the clinical and executive levels. Build trust quickly with CMOs, CNOs, and operations leaders—and maintain those relationships through insight, not just service.
• Data-Driven Advisory
• Leverage Circadia's predictive analytics to surface insights that matter to your partners. Turn monitoring data into a compelling story about patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and ROI.
• Renewal & Expansion Strategy
• Own the full post-sales lifecycle. Develop success strategies that drive adoption, reduce churn risk, and create organic expansion opportunities—contributing directly to forecasting and pipeline reviews.
• Voice of the Partner
• Bring field intelligence back to the product team. Your frontline perspective shapes the roadmap and ensures Circadia continues to solve real problems for real organizations.
• Must-Have Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic account management, or client advisory. Ideally in healthcare, med-tech, or health IT.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site institutional clients or long-cycle B2B engagements.
• Executive presence: you communicate with clarity and credibility at every level of an organization.
• Consultative instincts: you diagnose before you prescribe, and you back recommendations with data.
• Comfortable owning ambiguous, high-stakes engagements and driving them to measurable outcomes.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% within your region.
• Passion for Circadia's mission to transform patient care through intelligent monitoring and automation.
• Why This Role, Why Now: You'll have the autonomy of a trusted strategic partner.
• You'll own real relationships, see real outcomes, and be part of a mission-driven team that's scaling fast.
• At Circadia, you’ll be part of a mission-driven team that’s reshaping healthcare delivery. We combine advanced technology with clinical insight to prevent avoidable harm, improve staffing efficiency, and help clinicians focus on what matters most, caring for patients. Join us in building the future of proactive care.
