Business Development Director - National Accounting & Finance Practice

From the beginning, Soni Resources Group has believed one thing: having the best people in the business is the only sustainable competitive advantage. We didn’t just believe it, we proved it. Founded in 2016 by Sid Soni with a single mission to build the highest per-desk average human capital firm in staffing, Soni has grown into a place where elite producers come to do the best work of their careers.

We deliver talent solutions that move businesses forward - faster, smarter, and with more precision than anyone else in our space. We don’t just fill roles. We solve problems, build teams, and create the human infrastructure that allows organizations to realize their greatest potential.

The Opportunity: This is not an entry-level role and it's not for someone looking to learn the basics. The Business Development Director for our A+F Strategic group is a high-impact, coast to coast, revenue-generating position for a proven producer who is ready to own a market, build a book of business, and operate with the autonomy that comes from having already earned it.

If you've been producing at a high level and feel like your current platform is holding you back, this is the conversation you should be having.
