As Head of Growth Marketing

, you'll own Vendelux's marketing-sourced pipeline and product-led growth across digital, ABM, field amplification and our mobile app. This is a player-coach role: you'll set the growth strategy, manage two marketers, and personally run key programs and experiments. You'll report to our Head of Marketing and partner closely with Sales, Product and Product Marketing. Events and Community sit on a separate team; you'll amplify the pipeline they create.

This role is hybrid, 3–4 days a week in our NYC office depending on your location.

• Scope of Responsibilities
• Own the demand generation strategy across paid media, email, content, SEO and ABM, tied to measurable pipeline goals
• Own growth KPIs for our mobile app (acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and conversion) across paid, organic, referral, in-product and App Store channels
• Partner with Product and Product Marketing to remove friction in the user journey and turn product usage signals into engagement and conversion
• Build full-funnel goals, metrics and reporting from product adoption through opportunity, and implement attribution to measure what drives pipeline and ROI
• Scale personalized ABM programs for target accounts, and work with Events & Community to amplify event-driven pipeline
• Use AI and modern tooling to personalize at scale and speed up content, SEO/GEO/AEO experimentation and campaign iteration

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS growth or demand generation, including experience scaling Series B/C companies
• A track record of building scalable programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue
• Experience owning or influencing user acquisition, activation, retention and conversion metrics
• Expert use of HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and Meta Ads
• Strong understanding of funnel metrics, attribution models, segmentation and campaign analytics
• Proficient with AI tools to automate and build content
• Nice to have: experience with sales-led and product-led growth, freemium or self-serve acquisition
• Nice to have: mobile app growth experience, including App Store acquisition, mobile attribution and lifecycle marketing
• Nice to have: familiarity with product analytics platforms
