Zeely as a Senior Account Executive and help us build our B2B sales engine from the ground up.

You’ll own a sales cycle — from the initial conversation to a signed contract. You’ll work mostly with leads from the SDR and Marketing teams, focusing on discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing.

We’re looking for someone who can understand a client’s business, speak confidently with marketing decision-makers, and turn product value into measurable commercial outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the full negotiation cycle — from the first meeting with a qualified lead through solution presentation, proposal, negotiation, and contract signing.
• Run strategic discovery to uncover business needs, marketing pain points, buying criteria, budget, and decision-makers; Deliver tailored product demos that connect Zeely’s capabilities to each prospect’s goals and demonstrate clear business value; Build strong relationships with marketing leaders, founders, and other key stakeholders; Create personalized commercial proposals and pricing aligned with each client’s needs; Handle objections, lead negotiations, and drive deals forward with clear next steps; Manage your pipeline, forecasts, and sales activity in the CRM while staying accountable for your revenue targets; Partner with SDRs and the Marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion across the funnel; Ensure a smooth handoff of closed-won clients to the Implementation Manager; Help define Zeely’s B2B sales playbook — from discovery and demos to proposals, negotiation, and closing.
• What Do You Need to Join Us?
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with proven ownership of the full sales cycle through contract signature; Experience selling to US and European clients and closing B2B deals in the $5K–$30K+ range; Background in B2B marketing, MarTech, or AdTech; B2B SaaS experience is also relevant; Strong understanding of performance marketing, including key metrics such as CTR, CPA, and CPM; Strong discovery and product demo skills, with the ability to understand a client’s business and tailor the sales approach; A measurable track record across quota attainment, revenue, conversion rate, and average deal size; Advanced English for demos, negotiations, and communication with international decision-makers.
