About the Role:

As part of the Global Performance Marketing team

, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing online media strategies to drive growth in acquisition, retention, and branding for the North America market

. You will be working closely with local teams and regional stakeholders to foster strong partnerships, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of marketing initiatives across countries. Note: This role is based in Chiacago, with frequent travels to Austin, Texas (HQ).

What You'll Own: Manage and own the performance of all relevant online marketing channels including but not limited to Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic channels.

Collaborate with local marketing teams to deliver localized strategy: campaign and media planning, and creative development.

Analyze online paid media campaigns and product data to derive actionable insights for optimization purposes.

Responsible for budget planning and execution, aimed at maximizing marketing effectiveness.

Growth hacking through constant testing to discover new marketing opportunities.

Essentials to Succeed: 7+ years of hands-on experience in online paid media for APP and Web products.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or relevant experience.

Proven track record of driving significant growth with marketing efficiency in the North America market.

Proficient in managing campaigns across the following advertising platforms - Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic channels.

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management are able to work across multiple markets and cultures, collaborate easily with others, and adapt agilely.

Proficient in marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Branch.io/ Appsflyer.

Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to interpret and act on data insights.

Growth hacking mentality and a holistic view of marketing strategy to discover key business opportunities.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently, owning the problem and developing the solution.

Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
