Forward Deployed Banker

Why Rogo

Our mission is to transform global finance by empowering professionals at the world's top investment banks, private equity funds, and investment firms with AI that delivers unparalleled speed, accuracy, and insight. We're not just improving financial workflows; we're redefining them.

This is a unique opportunity to join a generational company driving transformation in one of the most important industries in the world. With a rapidly growing, global client base, proven product-market fit, and backing from world-class investors, we are scaling quickly and defining a new category of enterprise AI.

Our team is sharp, motivated, and deeply committed to Rogo’s mission. We take ownership of complex problems and stay relentlessly focused on our users. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, demand excellence, and want to help build the future of finance, we invite you to join us.

What you'll do

• Be Rogo's investment banking expert in the room: Design and lead tailored demos of Rogo's platform, translating AI capabilities into real impact across core banking workflows — company research, financial modeling, valuation, M&A advisory, capital markets, and client deliverables. In every sales cycle, you'll paint the vision of what "fully deployed" looks like for each bank: Rogo as core to how their teams research, pitch, and execute.
• Work cross-functionally: Partner directly with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive our GTM motion and continuously improve the product. You are the voice of the prospective customer — bringing what the market is asking for, and firsthand investment banking expertise, into our product development philosophy.
• Be the trusted expert in the sales cycle: As a domain and GTM leader in the earliest conversations with our future customers, you'll understand and anticipate how bankers work — building trusted, consultative relationships that establish Rogo's credibility, shape the evaluation, and win the deal.
• Scope and run proof-of-value: Design proof-of-value exercises that justify the deal — mapping Rogo's capabilities to each bank's specific coverage groups, product areas, and deal workflows so that the use cases feel bespoke to their firm. You'll define success criteria with the prospect up front, tie them to business outcomes their leadership cares about, and build the evidence that turns an evaluation into a commitment.
• Elevate our GTM motion: Develop best-in-class demo environments, banking use cases, and enablement materials that showcase how Rogo fits into real investment banking workflows and help the broader team win more business.
• Influence product direction: Translate customer feedback, banking workflows, and market trends into actionable insights that sharpen the platform and strengthen our competitive advantage.
