We hire outliers

• people who have achieved difficult things, in their careers or beyond. You'll find leaders, colleagues who've competed at the highest levels of sport, performed on Broadway, trained with UFC champions and founded the country’s largest Python community.

Where You’ll Create Impact:

• Have ownership over the full sales cycle - from lead, through disco and demo, to signed contract
• Run mid-market deals with 9-12 week sales cycle with ACV of 5 to 6 figures
• Work with GTM, Partnership and Marketing to increase inbound pipeline
• Generate your own outbound pipeline
• Work with product, feeding what you hear from prospects back into the roadmap

What Sets You Up for Success

• Hardcore work ethic and high agency
• 2+ years closing in B2B SaaS, full cycle
• Comfortable running multi-stakeholder deals
• Structured and analytical, and a strong relationship builder
• Coachable and hungry, energized by pace and ownership
• Curiosity about finance or accounting is a plus, and we will teach you the rest

Equity:

$40,000 - $55,000

Base salary:

$120k - $150k

Commission:

$120k - $150k (uncapped)
