Social Worker - Children's Services

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for its client's Children's Services Team at Newport.

We have opportunities available across a range of Children's Services, including CASP, Child Protection, Pre-Proceedings (PLO), Court, and Intake and Locality (long-term) teams.

What will your responsibilities be?

Support children and families involved in:

• Child Protection Plans
• Pre-Proceedings (PLO)
• Court Proceedings

Help to:

Safeguard children

Improve outcomes for children and families

Join:

• Experienced and supportive social work teams
• Established Team Managers
• Principal Social Workers

Professional Development:

• Regular monthly supervision
• Ongoing learning opportunities
• Continuous training and development

Work in accordance with:

Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014

Qualifications & Experience:

• To be successful in this role you must have, Degree in Social Work (or equivalent recognised qualification).
• Registration with Social Care Wales.
• A minimum of three years’ experience within a Children’s Social Work setting.
• Relevant post-qualified Social Work experience.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Right to work in the UK.
