ARE YOU HUNGRY?

We’re hiring competitors. We want people who hate losing, love winning, and want their paycheck to match how hard they work. If you’ve ever been told to slow down, settle for less, or wait your turn, this is the opposite of that.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. NO COLLEGE DEGREE REQUIRED. NO STUDENT DEBT REQUIRED. NO CEILING.

THE MONEY

Year one OTE: $60,000 to $125,000

Uncapped commission. There’s no limit on what you can earn.

Brokers who submit two or more qualified applications a day earn over $100K in commission for the year.

Every client you fund comes back for more and sends you referrals. Your second year is built in your first.

You don’t need four years and a mountain of loans to earn like a professional. You need drive.

Who We Are?

Premium Merchant Funding is one of the largest brokerage platforms in the alternative lending industry. Twelve years ago we were one office. Today we are 26 offices spread across 4 countries, with lender partners, 30+ capital products, more than $7 billion in funded deals, and a new headquarters at 1 New York Plaza. We take pride in the fact that every one of those 26 offices is run by someone who started in this exact role. At PMF we fund American business when the big banks tell them no.

We support restaurants, contractors, trucking companies, clinics, retailers, the real operators who need capital in days, not quarters.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Get on the phone with business owners across America
• Find out what their business needs to grow
• Open funding applications and send them to our in-office closing team
• Negotiate, handle objections, and close
• Run your pipeline in our CRM
• Build a book of business that’s yours
• WHY THIS SEAT
• AI can’t do this job. When a business owner needs to make payroll or open a second location, they want a real person who’ll fight for their deal, not a chatbot trained to turn them down. This is a career that technology can’t take from you.
• WHO WINS HERE
• Former athletes, college or high school. Our Miami floor is built on them, and they make up a big share of our top performers.
• Anyone who has sold anything: retail, restaurants, hospitality, nightlife, call centers, door-to-door
• People who compete every day and like seeing their numbers on the board
• People who take feedback and apply it fast
• People with thick skin who keep dialing after a no
• People who show up every single day
• THE DETAILS
• On-site, Monday through Friday. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.
• Our Miami office is in the heart of the Wynwood Arts District.
• We’re building our Q4 team for the biggest funding rush of the year.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• SPOTS ARE LIMITED. APPLY TODAY.

Please note our interview process consists of only 2 rounds before an offer is made. The 1st round interviews will take place via Google Meet this week, and the 2nd round will be conducted in person at our Wynwood office.

"Don't ever let somebody tell you you can't do something. Not even me. You got a dream, you protect it." - Chris Gardner, The Pursuit of Happyness.
