Funeral and Cemetery Sales Representative - Dieterle Memorial Home

Position at Dieterle Memorial Home & Cremation Services

Serve Families. Sell With Purpose. Earn Without Limits.

You're an ambitious, driven professional who wants your work to mean something, and your paycheck to reflect the effort you put in. Real earning potential comes from a proven system and warm leads, not from chasing cold prospects for something people don't actually want.

In this role, you'll help Aurora, Montgomery, and Oswego families plan ahead with confidence, starting with a base salary draw for stability, then building past it through uncapped commission.

You'll also have something most sales reps don't: the ability to serve those same families twice, through both funeral pre-planning and cemetery property!

What You'll Do (and Why You'll Love Doing It)

• Make what you want
• Your base salary draw gives you a floor, and commission gives you an opportunity to grow past it. Approximate earnings for this market start around $47,500 annually, and your effort is rewarded with uncapped commissions in a recession-proof profession!
• Grow With Every Family You Serve
• Beyond growing interest in and closing pre-planning appointments, you'll have the opportunity to offer cemetery property and services through Riverside Cemetery. Every family you help plan ahead is a chance to support them more fully, and your income grows right alongside the depth of care you provide. Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply!
• Capitalize on our support
• In this role you're not hunting for your own leads. A dedicated team of appointment-setting agents works behind the scenes to keep your calendar filled with pre-set, qualified appointments. Lead generation and marketing programs are provided at no cost, so your time goes toward continuing that outreach and closing, not prospecting.
• Advance your credentials
• A current life insurance license, or the ability to obtain one, gives you professional standing you can build on for the rest of your career.
• Ready to serve families, sell with purpose, and earn without limits?

Requirements

• If you have these skills, we want to talk with you!
• A life insurance license or ability to obtain one
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) preferred
• 5+ years consultative sales experience is a bonus!
• Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development skills
• Ability to effectively close appointments
• Excellent listening and persuasive communication skills
