About the role
Join our luxury jewelry salon at Wynn Las Vegas, representing Kwiat, David Webb and Fred Leighton. You will introduce a global clientele to exceptional diamonds, signed pieces and high jewelry while building lasting relationships and achieving individual sales goals.
LV Luxury Jewelers is a family-owned Las Vegas luxury watch and jewelry retailer. This role suits a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys heritage brands, product storytelling and attentive, personalized client service.
What you will do
- Deliver attentive service from the first greeting through post-sale follow-up.
- Build long-term relationships with repeat and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
- Present fine jewelry with confidence, combining product storytelling and technical knowledge.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales goals while maintaining brand standards.
- Develop knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, signed jewelry and estate pieces.
- Explain the heritage, craftsmanship and design of Kwiat, David Webb and Fred Leighton.
- Maintain accurate client profiles and purchase histories in CRM; conduct outreach and arrange appointments.
- Support private showings, special events and VIP appointments.
- Process transactions, special orders and service requests; support inventory and visual merchandising.
- Follow Wynn, brand and company standards when handling merchandise and client information.
Requirements
- Required
- At least two years of luxury retail or fine jewelry sales experience.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-based selling skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Professional presentation aligned with luxury brand standards.
- Comfort handling high-value merchandise and confidential client information.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Preferred
- Experience in a high-value or commission-driven sales environment.
- Diamond or gemstone knowledge; GIA coursework is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems and client outreach.
- Background in fine jewelry, estate jewelry or high-end watches.
