Logistics & Packaging Coordinator

We're hiring a Logistics & Packaging Coordinator to own packaging, shipping, receiving, and freight management for a precision component manufacturer serving customers across highly regulated, quality-driven industries. This is a hands-on, fast-paced environment where accuracy, documentation, and customer compliance matter every day.

This is also a place to build a long-term career. Our client is a well-established, family-owned precision manufacturer with decades of experience and advanced CNC machining and additive manufacturing capabilities. If you bring strong organizational instincts, sound judgment, and a bias toward ownership, there is real opportunity to grow alongside the company.

Why This Role

• Precision industry exposure: work directly with packaging and shipping requirements for high-spec, close-tolerance components
• Ownership and autonomy: independently manage logistics priorities, carrier relationships, and packaging standards — not just executing a checklist
• Established, stable company: decades in business, long-standing ownership, long-term customer relationships
• Cross-functional visibility: work directly with Supply Chain, Production Control, Quality, Engineering, and Operations
