Lead a High-Performing Sales Team!
J. Blanton Plumbing is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 10 Sales Consultants. This role is ideal for a proven sales leader who knows how to build winning teams, drive performance, and create a culture of accountability.
No plumbing or home services experience is required. If you've successfully managed a sales team, developed top performers, and consistently delivered results, we'll teach you our industry.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of approximately 10 Sales Consultants
- Conduct regular ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
- Develop sales strategies that drive revenue growth and improve close rates
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, and sales metrics
- Provide ongoing training and professional development
- Foster a positive, high-performance sales culture
- Collaborate with operations and executive leadership to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new sales team members
- Hold the team accountable to sales goals and company standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales management experience
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing a sales team
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales goals
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience using KPIs, reporting, and performance metrics to improve results
- Ability to motivate, mentor, and hold team members accountable
- Valid driver's license
