Integrated Magnetics is looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to operate and maintain CNC lathe machines for the production of precision parts. The CNC Lathe Machinist will play a critical role in the manufacturing process by setting up machines, programming, and producing high-quality components that meet exact specifications. This position supports our mission to deliver superior custom-engineered solutions to the military, government, aerospace, semiconductor, and medical sectors.
Responsibilities include interpreting engineering drawings, programming and operating CNC lathe equipment, monitoring machine performance, performing quality inspections, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Hiring Second Shift from 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM, with hourly rates reflecting experience ranging from $25/hr up to $40/hr
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in CNC machining preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist or similar role.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and machining instructions.
- Proficiency in programming CNC lathe machines and using measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a safe working environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours if necessary.
