ABOUT BLUE MACHINES

Blue Machines is building an enterprise-grade conversational AI platform across Voice, Chat, SMS, and WhatsApp — powering customer support, sales, marketing, and operations workflows. Most conversational AI is easy to demo; enterprise AI is hard to run. We build P99: sub-300ms latency, a Council-of-LLMs architecture, multilingual support, a proprietary workflow engine for multi-agent orchestration, and go-live in weeks.

Built by Apna — India's fastest-growing unicorn — we've raised $180M from Tiger Global, Peak XV, Lightspeed Ventures, Owl Ventures, Insight Partners, Greenoaks, GSV Ventures, and Maverick Ventures. We already power millions of conversations in production for enterprises like Adecco, Jio, Randstad, Flipkart, Aditya Birla Capital, and Muthoot Finance. Now we're building our North America GTM team from the ground up — and this is one of the first sales seats on the field.

• Sales strategy & planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Craft tailored sales presentations and proposals that meet our enterprise customers needs. Collaborate with our marketing team to implement effective sales campaigns and presentations.
