What Your Day Looks Like

You will join a team that loves what they do and are excited to learn and grow alongside you. Our multidisciplinary model means you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with Speech, OT, and ABA, gaining new perspectives and building a richer understanding of every child you serve.

Day-to-day, you can expect 30-60 minute one

-on- one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships, up to two evaluations per week that keep the work varied and engaging, and built-in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge.  We serve children ages 0-21 with our primary caseload ranging from 3 to 16. Teammates have a productivity of 72.50% of their day.

The majority of our clinics are open 5 days per week (some 4 days), and we offer flexibility for either a 5-day schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour work week. A typical day runs from 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with patient care in the morning, a lunch break from 12–1, and continued sessions in the afternoon.

What You Need

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Colorado DORA PT license, or eligible to obtain
• 5+ years of experience
