Key Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and manage pre-owned vehicle inventory to meet dealership sales goals.
- Set market-aligned used vehicle pricing to optimize profitability.
- Train, motivate, and support the used car sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Build customer relationships and deliver excellent service throughout the sales experience.
- Develop and execute marketing and advertising strategies for used vehicle promotions.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategies to meet dealership objectives.
Qualifications:
- Previous Used Car Manager experience, independently or as part of a larger management team.
- Experience purchasing pre-owned vehicles online or at auction.
- A stable work history in used car management roles.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, vehicle valuation, and pricing strategy.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team and build customer relationships.
- Finance or service experience is a plus, but is not required.
