Overview
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Advanced Practice Nurse will be responsible for: providing high quality patient care to the patients of OSF OnCall Urgent Care. Maintaining the consistency and quality of all services provided. Maintaining full and current patient medical records, including reports of all examinations, procedures, and other services performed by the provider or other support staff. Exercising diligence in assisting the OSF CEO in keeping costs of the practice to a minimum while maintaining a high level of quality care for patients.
Providing a truly personalized, patient-centric experience to all patients of OSF OnCall Urgent Care. This position requires floating to various facilities.
JOB SPECIFICS
Providing high-quality patient care to the patients of OSF OnCall Urgent Care.
Maintaining the consistency and quality of all services provided.
Maintaining full and current patient medical records, including reports of all examinations, procedures, and other services performed by the provider or other support staff.
Exercising diligence in assisting the OSF CEO in keeping costs of the practice to a minimum while maintaining a high level of quality care for patients.
Providing a truly personalized, patient-centric experience to all patients of OSF OnCall Urgent Care.
May be required to float between clinics as needed.
12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week

Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

Qualifications
- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Master’s degree Licensure/ Certification: IL Advanced Prac Nurse, IL Registered Nurse License, Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association. Active Department of Transportation (DOT) certification or obtained through the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners within 16 weeks of hire. Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care that is appropriate to the ages of the patients served. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Experience as an APN
