Schedule:
Monday–Tuesday:
8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Wednesday–Thursday:
7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Friday:
7:00 AM–12:00 PM

Midwest Dental is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established, supportive team in Manitowoc, WI. Experienced hygienists and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities
- Provide preventive care, screenings, and evidence-based hygiene treatments.
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment recommendations.
- Collaborate with dentists and team members to develop personalized care plans.
- Create a welcoming, patient-focused experience.
Qualifications
- Wisconsin RDH license or eligibility to obtain before starting
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- New graduates welcome

- Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health
- Collaborate with dentists and teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment
- Create a welcoming, judgment-free experience for every patient
- Stay current with evolving technologies and clinical best practices
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
- Passion for patient care and education
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Desire to grow professionally in a supportive, respectful environment

Compensation
$50-$57.00 per hour, hygiene incentive bonus & $15,000 sign on bonus!
