Regional Sales Representative for Texas

US Frame Factory is a cold-formed steel framing manufacturer building the structural backbone of commercial projects across the US. We move fast, build relentlessly, and take pride in the work.

We are hiring a hunter to own new business in Houston to Austin and San Antonio. This is a pure new-business role. Leveraging our project management and manufacturing value, you will find the projects, build the relationships, and bring in contractors, developers, and GCs who need cold-formed steel framing. You will work remotely from within the territory and travel it to win deals on the ground.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and win new accounts from Houston to Austin/San Antonio.
• Build relationships with GCs, framers, and developers in your region.
• Manage your own pipeline from first call to closed deal.
• Travel the territory for job-site visits, meetings, and trade events.
• Partner with the home office on quoting, project handoff, and delivery.

Requirements

• Proven new-business sales success.
• Self-directed and disciplined working remotely.
• Construction industry experience strongly preferred.
• Comfortable traveling your territory regularly.
• Experience in the metal stud or drywall industry is a huge plus.
• Based in Texas.
