- Manage conflict and navigate complex customer situations with professionalism, sound judgment, and a focus on long-term partnership.
- Support customer adoption of new solutions, technologies, and operating practices by building alignment, reinforcing value, and helping customers realize intended business outcomes.
- Technology Fluency and Operational Excellence
- Leverage customer, financial, operational, and market data to understand performance, identify risks and opportunities, and guide account strategy and business decisions.
- Effectively use and position CRM, reporting tools, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve decision-making, execution effectiveness, customer outcomes, and business value.
