Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable and organized Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to join our client's team in Tulsa! This position will provide general office and administrative support while assisting the inside sales team with daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional phone presence, and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position.

Responsibilities

• Review and follow up on purchase orders.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department.
• Provide support to the inside sales team.
• Assist with checking out and processing inside sales transactions.
• Help with order fulfillment as needed.
• Complete light invoicing for inside sales.
• Assist with scheduling and setting appointments when needed.
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements
