Employer Job Description
From Life is Good's posting. “We” and “our” refer to the employer.
When a press goes down, the whole floor feels it. On your shift, you're the one who gets it running again. You know the printers and dryers inside and out, you stay on top of the maintenance that stops problems before they start, and you notice when a print starts to drift before anyone else does. You also lead the operators who run the machines, showing them how to work safely, hit their numbers, and get every shirt right.
This job is for someone who likes fixing things and likes helping people get better at their work. You'd rather jump in and solve the problem than wait for someone else to, and your team can count on you to stay steady when something breaks. If you take pride in a well-kept press, a line that keeps moving, and a crew that knows what they're doing, come join the Life is Good production team!
Why This Job Exists
Well-running press equipment is the foundation of the production floor, and this role exists to keep it that way. You are the technical go-to for the printers and dryers on your shift, responsible for their maintenance, repair and print quality, and for supporting the operators who run them. When equipment goes down or print quality slips, you're the first person the team looks to. Your technical skill and leadership keep the line moving and the product right.
We have the following shift available:
WEEKEND SHIFT 2: Saturday, Sunday and Monday (3 12-hour days) 5:30 PM - 5:30 AM
