Bonsky is looking for an experienced
HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in diagnosing problems, helping homeowners, and doing the job right the first time. This opportunity is ideal for a technician who enjoys solving challenging issues, building customer relationships, and delivering outstanding service.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
- Perform maintenance inspections and identify opportunities to improve system performance.
- Explain technical issues clearly and present repair and replacement options to homeowners.
- Document service findings, recommendations, and completed work accurately.
- Follow company service processes, procedures, and quality standards.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle.
- Collaborate with dispatch and leadership to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
- Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical issues and recommendations in a way homeowners can understand.
- Confidence presenting repair and replacement options.
- Commitment to quality workmanship, professionalism, and following established processes.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented approach.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- EPA Universal Certification.
- NATE Certification.
- Experience with ServiceTitan.
- Experience with maintenance memberships and customer retention.
